PSR is committed to connecting the right person with the right roles, helping candidates find meaningful projects that align with their skills and career goals.

Our PSR customers have an incredible range of assignments across all skill sectors - and due to the nature and scope of work, enhanced clearance is often required

It is extremely beneficial to hold active SC, CTC or DV when applying for a number of our roles – join our specialist Security Clearance Talent Community and we can keep you updated when positions relevant to your profile and skills become available, affording you the opportunity to keep your clearance active.

PSR Guaranteed Interview Scheme

PSR is proud to support our customers in meeting their commitments to the Disability Confident scheme and/or their signatory pledges to the Armed Forces Covenant by ensuring eligible applicants are guaranteed to be interviewed by Hiring Managers. Please note that not all of our customers offer this scheme; you can find out more about our customer commitments on our website. To be eligible, you must meet the minimum or essential criteria for the role that you are applying for as detailed within the job advertisement and ONE or more of the below criteria:

• Have a visible or non-visible disability, long term medical condition, mental health condition, neurodivergence or learning difficulties or meet any other criteria as detailed within the Equalities Act 2010. We do not have an exhaustive list but examples could include dyslexia, epilepsy, autism, chronic fatigue or schizophrenia.

• Have served in the Armed Forces (otherwise known as a veteran) OR currently a spouse or partner to a serving member of the Armed Forces

In cases where we receive high volumes of applicants who meet the eligibility criteria for this scheme, only candidates who meet the essential and desirable criteria for the vacancy as detailed in the job description will be interviewed. We will notify you if this scenario applies.
